First & second fix in domestic heating and plumbing

Safe Electric registered Electrician qualification or recognised equivalent
Safe pass, manual handling, driving licence required
Willing to travel within the northwest region
Experience with domestic wiring, heat pumps, oil burners, DCV, MHVR
First & second fix

3. General Operative with 2-3 years’ experience.
Safe pass, manual handling, driving licence required
Truck licence or plant tickets an advantage
Willing to travel within the northwest region

4. Qualified Working foreman with 5 years’ experience.
Carpentry or plastering background preferred, but not essential.
Experience managing multiple trades, while organising site and reporting back to Project Manager.
Implementing all health & safety, maintaining site records, while using own initiative.
With recognised qualifications.
Safe pass, manual handling, driving licence required
Willing to travel within the northwest region
Experience with refurbishments, extensions and new builds etc.
