Construct new block structure with flat roof. Supply & install 100mm thick external wall insulation to complete dwelling. Supply & install new aluminium window cills. Silicone render finish applied. Install new windows & doors with new triple glazed energy efficient windows & doors. Install new insulated floor, underfloor heating and Air to water heat pump. Install Mechanical heat recovery unit. Air-tight the house. Completely insulate the rafters of the new house. All domestic plumbing, sanitary ware, internal plastering and skimming to be carried out. Install new floating stairs, doors, architraves & skirting. Completely re-decorate the whole house with paint and tiling and install new kitchen. Install new driveway and finish.
